is a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience in private practice, specialising in helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges. Her career has been shaped by her deep passion for health and wellness, driven by personal experiences.

Sally Knott
has a background in Food Technology and trained as a chef at the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland with Darina and Rachel Allen. She furthered her education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, focusing on sustainable, balanced living.

Didi Mogashoa
is a life and business coach, mindfulness teacher, founder of Didi and Friends Foundation NPC, & a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate. She holds a BA in Industrial Psychology from UNISA and certifications in life and business coaching and enneagram coaching from the Inner Life Skills master coach school (ICF).

Nicola Aylward
is a physiotherapist, wife, and mother. She specializes in holistic health and well-being and the many aspects of womanhood—pregnancy, birth, postnatal, mothering, women’s health physiotherapy, menopause, and empowering women and men of all ages and stages of life.
